Wong Agung Wilis nee Mas Sirna was the Blambangan (Banyuwangi) ruler in 1767 till 1768. He was the son of Prince Danureja, another Blambangan ruler. His mother is from Mengwi kingdom in Bali. His mother is not the queen consort of Prince Danureja. Because the wedding that occurs between both of them caused by politics motive to strengthen the relationship between two kingdom.  The Queen Consort of Prince Danureja is the daughter of Untung Surapati, a very well-known hero in Indonesia. And in their marriage, they had a childern, Prince Danuningrat who became the heir-apparent of Blambangan. Because he is not the heir-apparent of Blambangan kingdom, he spend his childhood age outside the palace, this thing make he's closer to common community and understand their condition very well. Some source telling that He lives in the slope of Mountain Raung.

When he became adult, He went to Bali and stay with her uncle named, Ki Gusti Ngurah Kaba-Kaba. No single reference that tell about his wife, but he had six childern is that  Serutadi, Kencling, Tunjung, Berud, Suratman (Surawijaya) dan Mas Ayu Prabu.
